Carbon Fast

> Reflect and Pray

On the land thorns are fruits of human sin and rebellion (Gen 3:17–18; Prov 22:5; Matt 7:16), the crown of thorns on the head of Jesus Christ represented such fruits of sin; He put down his Crown in the Heaven, wearing the crown of thorns that caused bleeding at his forehead, for the redemption of our sin (I Pet 1:18–20).

In your reviewing and reflection, which carbon fast activities would be hard for you?  Why?  Whenever you get the sense of difficulty or lack of strength, pray to God for His assistance in removing the thorns.

地上的荊棘是人犯罪和叛逆的結果（創世記三章17-18節、箴廿二章5節、馬太福音七章16節），基督額上的荊棘冠冕象徵著我們犯罪所結的果子，祂捨棄天上的冠冕，帶著刺破頭皮的荊棘冠冕，為要贖我們的罪（彼得前書一章18-20節）。

＞省察‧禱告

回顧、省察，對你來說，有哪些減碳行動較難實踐？原因為何？在你感到困難或較軟弱的地方，求神幫助你，拔去阻礙和纏繞你的荊棘與蒺藜。
